Epoxy resin repairs, for minor rot damage to timber windows

Rotten but not forgotten

Most people assume that because the bottom rail in a sash has some rot or the windows' cill is becoming soft in parts that its the end for their window.

This is not always the case. If the rot isn't too bad we can remove the decay and patch the frame or sash with epoxy resin, this then can be sanded smooth and painted. Perfect for conservation restoration.

This is cheaper than having new sashes or cills made and a lot quicker. We will be able to offer this service as part of our recommendation if we feel we can save these component parts of your timber windows.
